Delivery Policy

OntarioIPTV.ca delivers all subscription credentials digitally by email. There is no physical shipping. This page explains what you receive, when you receive it, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Digital Delivery

All OntarioIPTV.ca subscriptions are delivered entirely digitally. After your subscription request is confirmed, our team sends your credentials — M3U URL and/or Xtream Codes login details — to the email address you provided at checkout.

No physical product is shipped. No hardware is required beyond a device you already own. Your entire subscription is activated remotely by our team.

Delivery Timeframe

Most customers receive their credentials within a few hours of submitting their subscription request. During peak periods or outside of business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM ET), delivery may take up to 12 hours.

If you have not received your credentials after 4 hours during business hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If they are not there, contact our support team immediately.

What You Receive

  • M3U Playlist URL — a single link you paste into any compatible IPTV app to load all your channels
  • Xtream Codes credentials — server address, username, and password for apps that support the Xtream Codes API
  • Setup guide link — a direct link to our step-by-step device guides covering Firestick, Smart TV, iPhone, Android, and more
  • Support contact — direct contact details for our Ontario-based support team if you need help during setup

Setup After Delivery

Once you receive your credentials, most customers are streaming in under five minutes. Open the setup guide linked in your welcome email, choose your device, and follow the step-by-step instructions. If you run into any difficulty, our support team is available Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your credentials within the expected timeframe: (1) check your spam and junk mail folders; (2) confirm you entered your email address correctly at checkout; (3) contact us at support@ontarioiptv.ca or via WhatsApp with your order details.

We will resend credentials immediately upon verification of your order.
