Terms of Service

OntarioIPTV.ca provides internet-based television streaming services to subscribers in Ontario, Canada. Our service delivers live channels, on-demand content, and catch-up TV over your existing internet connection through licensed and authorized content sources.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ontario, Canada to subscribe to our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your selected plan. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan and any renewals unless you cancel before the next billing date.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Your subscription is for personal household use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to our service with individuals outside your household. You may not use our service for commercial broadcasting, public performance, or any unlawful purpose.

Each subscription plan allows a specific number of simultaneous connections as described in the plan details. Exceeding your plan's connection limit may result in service interruption.

We work to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability. We will communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service through the end of the period you have paid for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OntarioIPTV.ca's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
