Refund Policy

We want every OntarioIPTV.ca subscriber to have a positive experience. This policy explains how refunds work and how to request one.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with the service. To be eligible, you must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of your subscription start date and have not exceeded reasonable usage of the service during that period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@ontarioiptv.ca or +1 (833) 668-4788 with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Partial Refunds

For quarterly or annual subscribers who cancel after the 7-day guarantee period but before the end of their subscription term, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team to discuss your situation — we aim to find a fair resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for: requests made after the 7-day guarantee period (except partial refunds considered case-by-case); violations of our Terms of Service; service interruptions caused by your internet connection or home network; or promotional subscriptions where different terms were communicated at time of purchase.
